Electronic music pioneer Giorgio Moroder is making his way to the video game scene. In a new collaboration between Giorgio Moroder and developer 110 Industries, the upcoming next-gen mech title Vengeance Is Mine will receive official music that will feature singer and Creative Director Stefanie Joosten for vocals.
The Father of Disco Works His Magic on Vengeance Is Mine
Giorgio Moroder is an award-winning composer from Italy who has worked with a variety of musical talents. He rose to fame in the 1970s with his multiple contributions to euro disco and synth-pop music. He’s also been a film composer for several big-name titles, such as American Gigolo, Scarface, Flashdance, The NeverEnding Story, etc. He is still making music to this day, though he mostly works in collaborative gestures. His last album, Déjà Vu, saw significant many modern singers coming together to be a feature – from Charli XCX and Sia to Matthew Koma and Britney Spears.
Now, the Italian composer is lending his talents to 110 Industries. He’ll be working on piecing together something original with Creative Director Stefanie Joosten, who will be providing vocals. It’ll act as the title track for Vengeance Is Mine.

Vengeance Is Mine puts the player in the shoes of Gabriel Jaeger, a man out for blood after his brother seemingly kills him. However, Gabriel has made it out alive, and he’s equipped with a powerful HYDRA suit that can mess with space and time.
